All products sold by BizBolts (Pty) Ltd are digital products and are delivered electronically.
Upon successful payment, your purchased product will be delivered using one of the following methods:
- An immediate download made available on the order confirmation page.
- An email containing the purchased product as an attachment.
- An email containing a secure download link or instructions to access the purchased product.
Delivery is deemed complete when the download is made available to you or when the email containing the product or download instructions has been successfully sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address when placing an order. If you do not receive your order within a reasonable period after payment, please check your spam or junk mail folder before contacting us.
If you experience any difficulty receiving or downloading your purchased product, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve any delivery issues to ensure that you receive your order.
